Agrochemicals Supplier & Second-Source Pesticide Company
WECON is a Hong Kong agrochemical trading company. We source pesticide technical material and public-health insecticide active ingredients from Chinese factories and export them to formulators, brand owners and importers worldwide — with specification, COA, SDS and impurity-profile support, registration data, samples and small trial batches, plus packaging and dangerous-goods export coordination.
What we do
Four services, one point of contact
TC supply & second-source programmes
Pesticide technical material and public-health actives sourced from qualified Chinese factories, including formal second-source qualification against your existing registered specification.
Specification, COA, SDS, impurity profile & registration data
Every shipment ships with a specification sheet, batch COA and GHS SDS. For registration we add impurity profile, 5-batch analysis and toxicology summaries.
Samples, trial batches & bulk purchasing
Free analytical samples (100 g–1 kg), 25–200 kg trial batches credited on your first order, and container-scale purchasing at factory-gate pricing.
Packaging, export & dangerous-goods logistics
UN-certified DG packing, class and UN-number declaration, export licence, origin certificates and FOB/CIF shipping to the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Who we work with

Why source through WECON instead of a trader?
Most agrochemical trade flows sit behind three layers of intermediaries: broker, trader, importer. Each layer adds cost and loses traceability of the TC lot. WECON runs a direct-partner model with Yangnong Chemical — you get factory-gate pricing, lot-level batch traceability, and a single point of contact for dossier, shipping and after-sales. For a deeper comparison, see our supplier vetting checklist and the TC vs formulations buyer's guide.

Buyer guide
From RFQ to CIF delivery in 6 steps
Most first-time buyers of agrochemical TC and formulations underestimate the paperwork chain. The workflow below is the exact path WECON runs with formulators, distributors and registration holders — including the compliance checkpoints regulators actually audit.
- Step 1
Send the RFQ
Include molecule (INN + CAS), purity (95% / 97% / 98% TC), formulation type (EC/SC/WDG/WP/FS), annual volume, packaging preference (200L drum, 1000L IBC, private label) and destination port. Missing one field usually adds a full day to the quote cycle.
Quote returned within 24 hours (FOB Shanghai + CIF options).
- Step 2
Request a sample & run your own QC
Analytical samples 100 g–1 kg ship free of charge with the batch's original COA. Commercial samples above 5 kg ship at FOB cost and are credited back on your first container order. Run HPLC or GC-MS against the COA before locking a PO — this catches 90% of substitution risk.
Free MSDS in EN/TR/AR/FR the same day you request the sample.
- Step 3
Compliance & registration dossier
For each shipment we supply 5-batch analysis, MSDS (GHS-compliant), COA per batch and GLP tox summaries. For new-country registration we can add physchem, ecotox, residue and metabolism studies aligned with EU/UK, Turkey (B-Reçete & KKDIK), GCC, Egypt and Pakistan.
- Step 4
Confirm PO & payment terms
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit + 70% against B/L copy, or 100% L/C at sight (for orders >USD 100k). Production slot is locked the day deposit lands; without deposit a slot is not reserved — this matters during Q1 pyrethroid seasonality when factory lead times stretch to 30–40 days.
6–12 month price-hedged contracts available on request.
- Step 5
Production & pre-shipment QC
Manufacturing runs 15–25 days depending on the molecule. Independent pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is optional but strongly recommended for first-time buyers and for shipments going into a regulated market — it turns your import file bulletproof.
Third-party QC report added to shipping documents on request.
- Step 6
CIF shipping & handover
Ex-Shanghai in ISO tanks (bulk liquids), 20 FCL or 40 HQ. We handle DG packaging (UN certified), export licence, phytosanitary/health certificates and origin certificates in-house. Delivery ports served daily: Istanbul, Mersin, Jeddah, Jebel Ali, Karachi, Alexandria, Mombasa.
Full export docs delivered by courier + email within 48h of loading.
Compliance checklist
What every regulator (and every serious QA team) will ask for. Tick these before you sign the PO — chasing them post-shipment doubles the paperwork cycle.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does WECON do?
WECON is a Hong Kong agrochemical trading company. We source pesticide technical material (TC) and public-health insecticide active ingredients from Chinese manufacturers and export them to overseas formulators, brand owners and importers — including specification and COA/SDS/impurity-profile support, registration data, samples and small trial batches, bulk purchasing, packaging, and dangerous-goods export coordination.
Can you act as a second source for an active we already buy from China?
Yes — second-source qualification is one of our core services. We match your registered specification (purity, isomer ratio, impurity limits), send a free analytical sample with the batch COA, support your formulation trial, then run a trial batch before parallel commercial supply.
What is an agrochemical supplier and how is it different from a manufacturer?
A manufacturer synthesises the active ingredient (TC). An agrochemical supplier like WECON is a direct-partner exporter — we source technical material and formulations straight from Yangnong Chemical, one of the world's largest producers, and handle the full B2B export chain: dossier, packaging, CIF shipping and after-sales for formulators, distributors and registration holders.
What minimum order quantity (MOQ) do you accept?
Technical material MOQ is typically 1 ton; formulations are pallet-based. For 20 FCL and above we quote at direct factory price with priority production slots.
Do you provide registration dossier support?
Yes. Every commercial shipment ships with 5-batch analysis, MSDS, COA and GLP toxicology summaries. For new-country registration we can provide the full dossier (physchem, tox, ecotox, residue) required by EU/UK, Turkey (B-Reçete/KKDIK), Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Pakistan.
Which delivery terms and ports do you serve?
FOB Shanghai, CIF Istanbul, CIF Mersin, CIF Jeddah, CIF Jebel Ali, CIF Karachi, CIF Alexandria and CIF Mombasa. We handle export documentation, dangerous-goods packaging and origin certificates in-house.
Can I request a sample before committing to a container?
Yes — analytical samples of 100 g to 1 kg are free of charge. Commercial samples above 5 kg ship at FOB cost and are credited back on your first container order.
How do you price against volatile TC markets like glyphosate or lambda-cyhalothrin?
We offer both spot pricing and 6–12 month price hedging contracts locked at manufacturer factory gate. This protects formulators from the ±30% intra-year swings typical in pyrethroids and glyphosate.
